Fish-farm technician and operations roles

Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu Fish Farm

Began work after military service as a technician and staff member in fish-farm operations.

1975 onward

Branch coordinator and production team manager

Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu Fish Farm

Managed a team of approximately ten people. Developed the tilapia fingerling hatching branch, managed fingerling export to farms worldwide, cultivated tilapia breeding groups, and advanced commercial fish-farm infrastructure.

1993

Industrialized fish-farm project

Built one of Israel’s first industrialized aquaculture projects, advancing semi-closed and intensive production concepts.
